CGCloud Sales User OR CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User |
- From App Launcher, find and select Customers.
- Select a customer.
- In the Customer Manager related list, click New.
- Enter a customer name.

Select a management type:
- Sales
- Service
- Consultant
- Call Center
- Select a user.
- Activate the customer.
- Select the customer as the main customer.
- Enter the validity period for the relationship, and then save your changes.
