Contacts store customer information. The relation between contact and customer is stored as Customer data.

CGCloud Sales User OR CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User |
- From App Launcher, find and select Customers.
- Select a customer.
- In the Contacts related list, click New.
- Enter the customer and address details, and then save your changes.
