The Store Cockpit provides a 360° view of a store. You can get an overview of the store
as if you’re physically visiting the store.
Required Editions
| Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and
Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled. This feature is
available only with the enhanced Consumer Goods data model (Spring ’22 onwards).

In the User Cockpit for Enhanced Data Model, under the Visits for Today card, tap a
visit.

To visit the store cockpit of a customer with completed visits, tap Show Visit
Calendar. From the Visit Calendar, tap any visit, and then tap
Execute.
