Create business segments within the Consumer Goods Cloud to structure your data and business processes by your organizational unit by using Sales Organization objects.

| Object | API Name | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Sales Organization | cgcloud\_\_Sales\_Organization\_\_c | Business segments that you use to structure your data and business processes by your organizational unit. You can base business segmentation on geographical territories, product division, or account team. |
| Sales Organization User | cgcloud\_\_Sales\_Organization\_User\_\_c | Association between the Sales Org and User objects, which holds the details of a user mapped to a sales org. A user mapped to a sales org can access data in that sales org and can work on various business processes such as activities, visits, or orders for that sales org in the Consumer Goods Offline mobile app. |
| User | User | Specific business roles for a sales org. Users conduct retail activities based on the defined role (for example: sales rep or supervisor). |
