# Visit Schedule Review

Sales reps can access and review their scheduled visits for a day from the user cockpit. The visit schedule shows all visits and other appointments that your supervisor or head-office planned and serves as a base for further planning.

### Required Editions

You can view these details in a visit schedule:

- Planned and future visits
- Location of stores by using maps
- Traffic density in the planned route
- Visit schedule and route for the entire day with an option to switch to either the previous or next day
- Visit schedule for the entire week in a calendar format
- Number of scheduled visits
- Visit types
- Additional visit information with activities

In addition to reviewing your visit schedule, you can verify whether you've any substitution visits or appointments. You can also check whether you've received any notifications that your supervisor sent, which can influence you current schedule.
