# Visit Calendar Page

To perform activities related to a visit, use the Visit Calendar page. By default, the visit calendar page shows the weekly view.

### Required Editions

To plan your visits, use one of these ways on the offline mobile app.

- From the User Cockpit for Base Data Model or Your Day, tap **Show Visit Calendar**. This view shows the scheduled and in progress visits for the week.
- From the Advanced User Cockpit for Enhanced Data Model or Your Day (Adv), tap **Show Visit Calendar**.
    
    This view shows the visit details for the week, and options to start, execute, complete, cancel, reschedule, or delete a visit, and navigate to the store related to the visit.
- From the Advanced User Cockpit for Enhanced Data Model or Your Day (Adv), tap ![More Options icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-consumer_goods_retail_user-264-0-0-production-enus/c29c1565-468d-4bd8-b719-36effa83e44b/consumer_goods_retail_user/images/cg_options_icon.png), and then tap **Visit Execution**.
    
    This view shows the list of visits scheduled for the current week.

You can perform these tasks from the Visit Calendar page.

- To create a visit, tap ![Add icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-consumer_goods_retail_user-264-0-0-production-enus/c29c1565-468d-4bd8-b719-36effa83e44b/consumer_goods_retail_user/images/cg_retail_plus_icon.png)
- To view visits for a different period, tap ![Calendar icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-consumer_goods_retail_user-264-0-0-production-enus/c29c1565-468d-4bd8-b719-36effa83e44b/consumer_goods_retail_user/images/cg_retail_calendar_icon.png)
- To view the previous and next weekly visits, use the arrows.
- To perform more actions, tap ![More Options icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-consumer_goods_retail_user-264-0-0-production-enus/c29c1565-468d-4bd8-b719-36effa83e44b/consumer_goods_retail_user/images/cg_retail_hamburger_icon.png), and select one of these options.
    - Plan Job Lists: Schedule a visit for a predefined job list. Drag a job from the predefined job list to the visit calendar. For more information, see [Create Visits from Job Lists](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_create_calls_joblists.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Plan visits based on predefined job lists. You can create visits from job lists only in Weekly view.").
    - Plan Customers: Allocate visits for multiple customers in bulk. View all your customers and drag any customer to the visit calendar. For more information, see [Manually Plan Visits for Customers](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_create_calls_customer.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Manually plan visits for customers that you currently manage.").
    - Automatic Planning: Replicate your current visits to the current week and the subsequent week. For more information, see [Automatic Visit Planning](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_concept_user_automatic_call_planning.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Plan automatic visits based on visit frequency.").
    - Create Trip List: Plan visits based on a predefined sequence of customers. For more information, see [Create Trip Lists](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_create_trip_lists.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Create a predefined sequence of customers from the weekly view of the calendar.").
    - Update Trip List: Update a trip and edit the description, validity, and day when the trip list is valid.
    - Delete Trip List: Delete an existing trip list.
    - Create Visits Via TripList: Create a visit for an existing list from your trip list. Move any triplist to the visit calendar. For details, see [Trip List-Based Visit Planning](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_trip_based_call_planning.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Use trip lists to plan visits based on a predefined sequence of customers. You can also use trip lists to create visits for the same customers in the same sequence on a regular basis. You can plan trip list-based visits for a specific day or week.").
    - All Visits: View all visits for the day.
    - Only Planned Visits: View only the planned visits for the day.
    - Set Default Visit Type: Select a visit type that’s applied by default when you create a visit. For more information, see [Select a Default Visit Type](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_set_default_call_type.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Select a default visit type to create visits so that each time a user plans a visit, the system creates a visit by using this template.").
    - Choose User: View the sales rep associated with the app.
    - Scan Customer: Add a customer by scanning a barcode. For more information, see [Create Visits by Using Barcode Scan](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_create_calls_barcode_scan.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Add a customer by scanning a barcode. You can then use this customer to create visits.").
    - Daily View: View visits that are scheduled or in progress for the day in a sequence based on optimized route and planned visit timing. Create visits and select a location for creating map-based visits. View the visit details, execute, complete, cancel, reschedule, or delete a visit, and navigate to the store related to the visit. To show traffic and route, and to cancel all visits, tap ![More Options icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-consumer_goods_retail_user-264-0-0-production-enus/c29c1565-468d-4bd8-b719-36effa83e44b/consumer_goods_retail_user/images/cg_retail_hamburger_icon.png).

    Note You can delete visits, except completed visits, if Delete Allowed is selected in the visit template.
