Use the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app to seamlessly perform retail activities even at stores with poor internet connections. Get quick access to everything you need during a visit, even without connectivity. The app UI design is cockpit-based and the app’s cockpits are called User cockpit and the Retail Store cockpit. Each cockpit has sections called cards.

Before you start using the app, take a tour of the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app. Based on your selected preference, you can see one of these landing pages: Main Menu, User Cockpit, and Advanced User Cockpit. - Visit Calendar Page
To perform activities related to a visit, use the Visit Calendar page. By default, the visit calendar page shows the weekly view. - Reports
Reports give detailed insights about your customers as tables and graphs. You can view information such as a customer’s sales figures or promotions that are created for a customer by tapping the Reports tile on the main menu. The overview lists the relevant reports for the logged-in user.
