Store Check
Perform an audit at a retail store or secondary locations, like Point of Sales (POS). Answer all required questions and upload pictures for selected questions. Edit store checks only for visits in progress.
Conditional audits display questions based on your answers. Questions can be prepopulated with answers depending on admin configurations such as target values or values from your last visit.
To perform a store check, see Conduct a Store Check.
Capture Survey
Do a shelf compliance by completing the survey for the visit. Use the filter option to quickly search for a product for which you're answering the question in the survey. Add new products to the survey list by using the Add Products option. During a survey, you can even add a product or highlight an existing product by scanning the barcode.
You can capture a survey only if the visit is in progress. Questions can be prepopulated with answers depending on admin configurations such as target values or values from your last visit.
To conduct a survey, see Answer Surveys While Executing Visits and Manually Add Products to a Survey.
Track Assets
Take a survey and track assets during the delivery visit to make sure they’re placed at the right customer location. If you notice an asset that isn’t registered with the customer, you must register and track the asset. It’s a legal requirement that all assets are assigned to the right customer. You can perform asset tracking only if the visit is in progress.
With asset tracking, you can
- View the list of verified and nonverified assets.
- Verify the assets that are assigned to the store.
- Filter specific sighted assets.
- If needed, capture asset-related notes.
- If needed, scan and add a new asset with a serial number.
- View attachments that are associated with the assets.
To know more on asset tracking, see Audit an Asset.
Create an Order
To create a retail order, see Order Management.
