- **[Start a Visit](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_start_visit.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Before you leave the warehouse and start a visit, complete all the Start Tour Activities. Until these activities are completed, all visits assigned to the tour are in read-only mode. Also, you can have only one visit in progress across multiple tours.
- **[Review and Manage Orders](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_review_orders.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
On the Orders card, you can review and track the list of existing van sales orders for the visit.
- **[Create Orders](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_create_orders.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
During a visit, place a van sales order, deliver the products from the truck inventory during the same visit, or pick up the returns from the store. Place an order as you would in Retail Execution. The app helps you capture fast orders, mark order suggestions, and scan for products.
- **[Add Products or Scan Products for Van Sales Orders](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_add_products_vansales.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**

- **[Finalize Van Sales Order and Print Invoice](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_finalize_order_and_printinvoice.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Review the order items and notes, preview the invoice, sign and release the order, and print or share the invoice.
- **[End a Visit](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_end_visit.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Complete a visit after you finish all van sales orders, return orders, and other visit activities.
- **[Cancel a Visit](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_offline_app_cancel_visit.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**

This improves operational efficiency and provides accurate, real-time data through visit cancellations.
- **[Cancel an Order](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_user_cancel_order.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Cancel an order from the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app on your device when you can’t complete the order due to payment, logistic, or inventory issues.
