# Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile App for Enhanced Data Model

Enhanced Data Model includes user cockpit features, such as advanced orders and advanced promotions.

### Required Editions

This feature is available only with the enhanced Consumer Goods data model (Spring ’22 onwards).</td></tr></tbody></table>

The app has two cockpits.

- User Cockpit: Access relevant information so that a sales rep can prepare for and execute visits. Based on the access that your admin provides for you, you can plan your visits, activities, tasks, and customer tasks. You can also view customer sales reports and CRM analytics and get notifications and map guidance on your visits.
- Store Cockpit: Perform visit-specific activities such as live store check, create order, and track assets. View customer details and tasks, store events, and order history, and create follow-up visits for your customers. You can also introduce sell-in promotions and view promotional displays with the Sales Folder.

    Advanced User Cockpit helps you stay organized while you perform your field activities. This cockpit shows the user cockpit for all users in a project based on the advanced model. Plan your visits, activities, tasks, customer tasks, and notifications. Get map guidance on your visits and view customer sales reports. View your CRM analytics and launch any third-party application without navigating away from the app. Automatically sync the data between your mobile device and Salesforce, and do a lot more.

    Store Cockpits show visit-related information with in-store live reporting and serves as a single point of access for visit activities. As a supervisor, get a complete view of a customer and use this information to plan visits and review sales and compliance. As a sales rep, use this information to interact with store managers and understand store requirements.

    Use the main menu to develop and test the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app. For the landing page, we recommend that you select User Cockpit or Advanced User Cockpit.
