# Sync Management for the Consumer Goods Offline Mobile App

To ensure retail data and process consistency between your Salesforce org and the Consumer Goods Cloud Offline mobile app, use the synchronization (sync) process that is configured on the Sync Management app. During the sync process, the Sync Management app checks for updates to the Consumer Goods Offline mobile app (business and workflow-specific data, Runtime Artifacts, and metadata that is modified on Salesforce) and transfers these updates to the mobile app.
