Surveys included in an activity are shown if:
- The activity is active.
- The job definition templates of the activity are active.
- The job definition template of the activity isn’t marked as Excluded.
- The visit template that's used for creating the visit is added in the activity.
- The start date and time of the visit is within the activity validity period.
- The Approval State of the activity is Approved or Not Relevant.
- The customer for whom the visit is created is related to the activity.
The surveys are grouped by source activity. The groups are sorted in alphabetical order of the activity source. The surveys are shown inside an activity based on sort order of the job definition template in ascending order. If the sort order isn’t added for a job definition template, the related survey is shown in the beginning of the list. If two job definition templates have the same sort order, then the related surveys are shown in alphabetical order.
Surveys are shown for these products:
- Historical products, if the Consider History option is selected in the associated activity. The value set in the Historical Products option of the associated visit template decides if historical products are shown.
- Products that are added to an activity. If the Consider Listing option is selected in
the associated activity, then the products that are part of the assortment list of the
customer are included for surveys. The products are determined based on these criteria:
- If the Consider Modules option isn’t selected for customers, then all products assigned to the related product assortments are included in the survey.
- If the Consider Modules option is selected for customers, then only the products that belong to product assortments with modules are included in the survey.
- Based on the period of the product assortment product assignment, the system determines the validity of all products, and shows the product that has the maximum validity.
- If multiple products have the same validity period, then the system considers the valid from dates of all the products and selects the oldest product.
- If multiple products have the same Valid From and Valid Thru dates, then the system randomly selects a product.
