To make sales folders available for the required stores, define sales folders for higher levels of a trade org hierarchy or for an org unit. You can view the sales folder for account or org hierarchy searches only on the Consumer Goods Offline mobile app. In the desktop app, only the directly related sales folders are available.

Sales folders can be defined for higher levels of a trade org hierarchy or for an org unit, to make them available for relevant stores. - Create Sell Sheets
Sell sheet records contain groups of attachments to be used for sales folders. For example, a sales folder for regional celebrations contains all attachments and articles related to the special events spread across the year as sell sheets. For example, one sell sheet for Halloween with the attachment links for different Halloween videos, one sell sheet with the attachment links for different Christmas pictures, and another sell sheet with attachment links for 4th July celebration videos.
