Review these considerations and limitations before you configure Penny Perfect Pricing for orders on the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app.

- You can calculate prices for orders only if Compute Price is set as Offline (Button) or Offline (Edit Mode) in the order template.
- You can’t apply a header discount to an order.
- You can’t manually add a special price for a user.
- You can’t use order item custom attributes in condition search and the user exits.
- You can’t use the advanced promotions in the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app.
- You can’t use the Multicurrency feature and currency conversion. You can calculate Penny Perfect Pricing based on the order currency (cgcloud_Currency__c), which is the currency of the corresponding Sales org. Thus, we recommend that you define the currency in the pricing conditions similar to order currency. However, if you set the currency as USD in the pricing condition and if the order currency is non-USD, the pricing calculations are done based on the order currency (cgcloud_Currency__c), and value conversions aren’t supported.
Note When you use the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app and the Consumer Goods Cloud Offline
mobile app, make sure that the user exit configurations in the desktop app are replicated
for the mobile app.
