A job list can be detached from a visit if:

• Any of the questions or surveys are unanswered during the visit.
• The visit is rescheduled and is no longer in the validity period of the job list.
• The job list gets reattached to the visit, and the visit is planned for the same customer, visit template, or user as the previous visit, and is a part of the existing visit magnetization process. If a visit date is moved within the validity period of a job list, then the job list is attached to the visit.
• Questions or surveys that are partially answered but still got detached during the visit appears as Unanswered during the visit magnetization process.

To detach a job list from a visit, select Detach in the Job Action Success field.
