Your users can use Consumer Goods Cloud for Sales app to proactively engage with a list of stores for a followup on regular orders, open invoices, promotions, product introduction, or other important communication. A supervisor or sales manager creates a list of retailers or stores to contact and defines a script for guidance for the sales agents (OmniScripts).
