- **[Create a Care Plan in Salesforce Classic](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.create_care_plan_classic.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
In Salesforce Classic, you create a care plan in three separate steps. First, you create a case record for your care plan. Then you add a care team to this case record. And then finally, you create problems, goals, and tasks for your care plan.
- **[Create a Care Plan in Lightning Experience](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.create_care_plan_lex.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
In Lightning Experience, you create a care plan in a single flow. You create the case record, apply any templates you want, and add your care team, all in the same place.
