Create a Compliance Check Prompt Template

Create a Compliance Check prompt template to implement a compliance control and add the prompt template to the rule processor on the Compliance Control Version.

User Permissions Needed
To use Process Compliance Navigator: Compliance User permission set
To use Agentforce: Agent Platform Builder permission
To create and manage prompt templates in Prompt Builder:

Prompt Template Manager permission

AND

Execute Prompt Templates permission
  1. Create a Prompt Template.
    1. Select Compliance Check Prompt Template Type.
    2. Configure the prompt template to meet your business needs.
      When you create a Compliance Check prompt template, the Control Instructions input is automatically created. Update the compliance control version description with these instructions.
  2. Update the Compliance Control Version with the Generative AI Prompt Template Rule Processor.
    The IT Admin updates the rule processor type to Generative AI Prompt Template and selects the compliance check prompt template.
