Automate compliance controls by using context definitions and business rule logic.
Context definitions contain a set of information that's required to run a validation control.
Expression sets represent the business logic that enforces compliance requirements.
Required Editions
- Context Definition for Compliance Controls
Use a context definition to create the resources that are referenced in the expression set and used to run a compliance control. A context definition describes the relationship between a node and the attributes that are set in a hierarchical structure. To make sure that the right data is retrieved from the source objects, map the nodes and attributes in your context definition to the source object. Context tags make sure that the data is queried from source objects in the Business Rules Engine expression set.
- Create an Expression Set for Compliance Controls
Expression sets consist of a series of steps connected in a logical flow built from variables, constants, conditions, calculations, lookups, and aggregations. Create an expression set with conditions to verify compliance, and add the compliance check element to indicate whether the control is compliant or not.
