1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Process Compliance Navigator**.
2. From the navigation bar, select **Regulation Versions**.
3. Open the required regulation version record page.
4. Edit the status field and then **Retired**.

The option to retire a regulation version record appears for all active records. Similarly, you can retire an active regulation clause version record.
5. Save your changes.

When you retire a regulation version, the associated regulation clause version records don’t automatically retire. Visit the respective regulation clause version record pages and then manually retire them.
