Retire a Compliance Policy Version

Retire a compliance policy version when it's no longer in effect or a new version is published. Compliance officers can retire outdated policy versions and policy clause versions from their respective record pages. When a compliance policy version and clause version are activated, the option to retire appears on their respective record pages.

User Permissions Needed
To configure Process Compliance Navigator:	Compliance Admin permission set

From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance Navigator.
From the navigation bar, select Compliance Policy Versions.
Open the required compliance policy version record page.
Edit the status field and then Retired.

The option to retire a compliance policy version record starts to appear after you activate it. Similarly, you can retire a compliance policy clause version record after activating it.
Save your changes.

When you retire a compliance policy version, the associated compliance policy clause version records don’t automatically retire. Visit the respective compliance policy clause version record pages and then manually retire them.
