Create a Non-Validation Compliance Control

The Control Manager creates non-validation compliance controls based on business needs. Non-validation compliance controls are descriptions of a company's Salesforce processes or external processes that users must follow.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: All Industry Clouds, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud View editions availability.
User Permissions Needed
To configure Process Compliance Navigator: Compliance Admin permission set
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance Navigator.
  2. From the navigation bar, select Compliance Controls.
  3. Click New.
  4. Enter a name and an API name for the compliance control.
  5. Enter a description about the control.
  6. Save your changes.
