Create a Business Operations Process

Organize business process details in a structured format and effectively manage compliance within your company.

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: All Industry Clouds, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud View editions availability.
User Permissions Needed
To configure Process Compliance Navigator: Compliance Admin permission set
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance Navigator.
  2. From the navigation bar, select Business Operations Processes.
  3. Click New.
  4. Enter a name, API name, and description for business operations process.
  5. Select the functional owner and technical owner of the business operations process.
  6. Specify details such as status, parent business operations process, and add comments, if necessary.
  7. Save your changes.
