Map a Compliance Control to a Business Operations Process

To improve traceability and make sure that process owners can easily access updates, compliance officers link business operations processes to the relevant versions of compliance controls.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: All Industry Clouds, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud View editions availability.
User Permissions Needed
To configure Process Compliance Navigator: Compliance Admin permission set
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance Navigator.
  2. From the navigation bar, select Compliance Control Versions.
  3. Open the required compliance control version record page and go to the Assets Compliance Control Versions related list.
  4. Click New.
  5. Select the asset that you want to map the compliance control version with.
  6. Save your changes.

After reviewing the compliance control version, the compliance officer activates it when the effective date approaches.
