Map a Compliance Policy Clause Version to an Asset

To improve traceability of assets governed by internal policies, and make sure that asset owners can easily access policy updates, compliance officers link assets to the relevant compliance policy clause versions.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: All Industry Clouds, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud View editions availability.
User Permissions Needed
To configure Process Compliance Navigator: Compliance Admin permission set
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance Navigator.
  2. From the navigation bar, select Compliance Policy Clause Versions.
  3. Open the required compliance policy version record page and go to the Asset Compliance Policy Clause Versions related list.
  4. Click New.
  5. Select the asset that you want to map the compliance policy clause version with.
  6. Save your changes.

After reviewing the compliance policy version, the compliance officer activates it when the effective date approaches.
