To improve traceability of assets governed by regulations, laws and internal policies, compliance officers link assets to the relevant compliance control versions.

| To configure Process Compliance Navigator: | Compliance Admin permission set |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance Navigator.
- From the navigation bar, select Compliance Policy Clause Versions.
- Open the required compliance control version record page and go to the Assets Compliance Control Versions related list.
- Click New.
- Select the asset that you want to map the compliance control version with.
- Save your changes.
After reviewing the compliance control version, the compliance officer activates it when the effective date approaches.
