- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
- Click Health Care Prior Authorization Check.
- Click Run.

- Enter 675858989 as the member number.
- Select [Current Date] as the date of service.
- Enter Active as the member plan type.

Enter these service codes.

- Click Next.

For CPT23456, the health care administrative request is approved. Click
Next.
- Similarly for CPT23457 and CPT23458 the health care administrative request is approved, and for CPT23459, the health care administrative approval isn't required.
