1. In Setup, find and select **Flows**.
2. Click **New Flow**.
3. Select **Triggered Automations**, then select **Platform Event-Triggered Flow**.
4. In the Flow Builder, in the Platform Event-Triggered Flow element, click **Choose Platform Event**.
5. In Platform Event, find and select **DecisionTableActionEvent**.

![Select the DecisionTableActionEvent to trigger a Platform-Event Triggered Flow when decision table operations complete asynchronously.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-business_rules_engine-264-0-0-production-enus/b2d6dd5c-c231-428b-abbf-3dd2cd51a11f/business_rules_engine/images/bre_dt_event_with_flow.png)
6. Configure the flow.

For example, you can update the Decision Table description with the event details.
7. **Save** and **Activate** your flow.

When a DecisionTableActionEvent is completed asynchronously, it triggers your flow.
