Self-Service Billing Portal

The self-service billing portal is a customer-facing Experience Cloud site that enables end users and community users to raise and track their billing inquiries and disputes. Your customers can view and download invoice PDF documents and quickly pay the outstanding balances of invoices by using supported payment methods. The self-service portal minimizes manual intervention and improves cash flow and customer satisfaction.

  • Raise Billing Inquiries and Invoice-Related Disputes
The self-service Billing portal serves as the customer-facing gateway that transforms manual, phone-based dispute processes into a streamlined, transparent self-service experience. The Help Center tab provides a catalog of available billing service processes. The Cases tab shows all cases and their statuses for the customer account.
  • Pay Invoices with the Self-Service Billing Portal
Set up the Self-Service Billing Portal so that your customers can view invoices, download invoice PDF documents, pay outstanding balances, and manage their saved payment methods. If your site uses Aura templates, add the Saved Payment Methods for Aura component to the site.
  • Supported Payment Methods for the Self-Service Billing Portal
Give your customers more flexibility to pay invoices by configuring additional payment methods, including digital wallets, bank debit methods, and buy now, pay later options, in the Self-Service Billing Portal.
  • Add Billing Components to LWR Experience Cloud Sites
Add billing self-service capabilities to any Experience Cloud site that uses Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) templates, including a site that you build yourself. Drag the Posted Invoices, Invoice Line Viewer, Self-Service Payment Sheet, Self-Service Payment Confirmation, and Manage Saved Payment Methods components onto your pages so that customers can view invoices, pay outstanding balances, and manage their saved payment methods from your own branded site.
