Note

Starting Spring ’26, the Billing Arrangement Lines related list is enabled by default. For the Salesforce orgs created in or upgraded to Spring ’26, your Billing admin must perform a one-time task of [adding the Billing Arrangement Lines related list](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.workforce_engagement_add_related_list.htm&language=en_US) to the Billing Arrangement page layout.

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Billing Arrangements**.
2. Create a billing arrangement.
    1. Click **New**.
    2. Enter a name for the billing arrangement.
    3. Select **Draft** as the status.
    4. Save your changes.
3. Create billing arrangement lines for the billing arrangement.

    1. In the Related tab of the billing arrangement, click **New**.
    2. Select an account or create one.
    3. Select a billing account or create one.
    4. Enter a percentage of the billing amount to assign to the billing account.
    5. If required, select **Remainder** to indicate whether to bill the remainder percentage to the billing account.
    6. Save your changes.

You can set the billing arrangement as Active.

Alternatively, you can [configure billing arrangements on the billing schedule groups](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.billing_setup_billing_arrangements.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Route invoices with the appropriate allocated charges to the correct billing accounts by configuring billing arrangements on billing schedule groups.") by using the Billing Arrangements tab.
