Account statements consolidate billing activity for accounts over a time period so customers see transactions and outstanding balances in one statement.

Use account statements to give customers a complete overview of their transactions and what they owe. You can generate a statement from an account record, review how amounts appear on the PDF, or integrate generation by using APIs and flows.

    The generated account statement PDF groups billing data into an account summary, transaction history, and balance due. The statement period filters transaction history, while the summary and balance due reflect balances as of the statement generation date.
