1. From the App Launcher, search for and select **Unified Catalog**.
2. Go to the **Home** tab, and then click **Templates**.
3. Search for and open the Warranty Parts Return template.
4. Review the Install Template modal, and then click **Install**.

The modal includes an **Associated Service Process Name** field and a **Description** field, both pre-filled, and a **Deploy as Active** toggle. Unified Catalog creates a Product2 record for the service process. In the **Catalog** dropdown, select the catalog that you want this service process to belong to. If you need a new catalog, create it first from the Catalogs tab of the Product Catalog Management app.
5. Open the Product2 record and copy its record ID from the URL.
6. From Setup, go to **Omnistudio Settings**, and then enable **Omnistudio Metadata**.
7. From the App Launcher, search for and select **OmniScripts**.
8. Open the multilingual Warranty Parts Return OmniScript, and then click **New Version** in the top-right toolbar.

The OmniScript has Name WarrantyClaimsManagementPartsReturn, Type WarrantyClaimsManagement, SubType PartsReturn, and Language Multi-Language. Click its name to open it in OmniScript Designer. Don't use the row-level action menu, which offers only Deactivate and Manage Version.
9. In the SetProductId Set Values element, set ProductId to the Product2 record ID that you copied.
10. Save and activate the OmniScript version.
11. On the Warranty Parts Return Product2 record, open the Intake Form configuration step, and then click **Attach** an existing form to attach the OmniScript version.
12. Activate the Product2 record.
