Customize the Warranty Parts Return Flow

Optionally replace the confirmation-email header image in the Process Warranty Parts Return flow with an image that represents your organization.

Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
User Permissions Needed
To customize the Process Warranty Parts Return flow: Manage Flow

This task is optional. Customize the flow only if you want the confirmation email to use your organization's header image.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
  2. Open the Process Warranty Parts Return flow, and then click Save As New Version.
  3. Enter a flow label and API name.
  4. In the Toolbox panel, select the HeaderImageUrl constant.
    This constant stores the URL of the header image in the confirmation email.
  5. In the Value field, paste the URL of the header image for your org.
  6. Click Done.
  7. Save and activate the flow.
