# CSV File Format for Importing Asset and Vehicle Data

Import data from an external source to use the Add Assets and Vehicles data processing engine. Create a CSV file with the following column headers for reference.

### Required Editions

| Account\_Name | Indicates the name of the account. | Account |
| Account\_Phone | Indicates the phone contact of the account. | Account |
| Asset\_Name | Indicates the name of the asset. | Asset |
| Asset\_ExternalIdentifier | Indicates the unique external identifier of the asset. | Asset |
| VehicleDefinition\_Name | Indicates the name of the vehicle definition. | Vehicle Definition |
| Vehicle\_ExternalId | Indicates the external identifier of the vehicle. | Vehicle |
| Vehicle\_IdentificationNumber | Indicates the vehicle identification number of the vehicle associated with the account. | Vehicle |
