Enable Automotive Cloud features and configure the security settings and permissions
for internal and external users who use Automotive Cloud. Grant users access to the features by
assigning them permission set licenses. Create profiles to define how users access objects and
data, and what they can do within the application. Establish the baseline level of access for
each object by setting up organization-wide defaults and extend access beyond the baseline level
by configuring role hierarchies, sharing rules, and other sharing mechanisms. Configure and
customize page layouts to help different user groups make the most of their experience in
Automotive Cloud.

Turn on settings in your org that enable Automotive Cloud and its associated features.

When you create an Experience Cloud site, you decide which features your customers or partners need access to. For example, you can provide dealers the ability to manage vehicles and track leads, but you don’t want to give them the ability to create and manage visits. Or, you want your customers to only view their household information and schedule vehicle service appointments.
