Automotive Cloud has separate Visit and Task record page layouts for sales managers and
evaluation officers. With components designed for both scheduling and executing visits, desktop
and mobile users can focus on the information they need for their jobs. District and territory
sales managers can schedule visits and assign tasks to field reps and evaluation officers who
capture metrics against target key performance indicators during a visit.

- Default Page Layout for Visit Planning
The default Visit and Task page layouts for desktop users are designed to schedule and assign visits and tasks. On the Visit page, managers can find visit details, related information about visitors, visited parties, and generic tasks. The Action Plan tab shows the templates related to a visit. On the Task page, managers can view details about a visit task and also see related task-context relations.

Field reps and visitors can execute visits from both their desktop and mobile. With single clicks and easy-to-fill questionnaires, they can quickly capture metrics, record comments, and complete tasks, from a workstation between appointments or from a phone in the field.
