An omniscript is a guided flow that helps users complete a complex business process in
few simple steps. Both the guided flows for scheduling test drive and vehicle service appointments
are built using omniscripts. These omniscripts also include two reusable omniscripts that help
users select a dealer location and an appointment time slot. Customize the four predefined
omniscripts if you want to modify the scheduling logic, the validations, or the look and feel of
the guided flows.
