An integration procedure helps you save, retrieve, and manipulate data for use in an
OmniScript. Both the guided flows for scheduling test drive and vehicle service appointments
include multiple integration procedures. The integration procedures process data from multiple
sources, and uses multiple dataraptors to send the transformed data to the Salesforce Scheduler
APIs. Customize the predefined integration procedures if you want to modify the type of data
you’re sending to the APIs.
