As a partner user, you can schedule test drive appointments for prospects such as leads
and opportunities from an Experience Cloud site. Test drive appointments help you qualify leads
quicker, and convert the opportunities into new forms of revenue. You can schedule a test drive
appointment using the OmniScript-based guided flow that automatically detects your partner
location based on the service territory linked to the account’s business profile. The wizard
also identifies the unique test drive work type group associated with the service territory and
filters the list of available service resources and time slots. You can then select the test
drive vehicle, service representative, and time slot based on the prospect’s
preferences.
