Enable Vehicle and Asset Finance first. Then turn on Repossession Management, Repossession Management Components, and Repossession Management Decision Table, in that order. [Decision Tables](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.concept_decision_table.htm&type=5&language=en_US) is included with your Automotive Cloud license and doesn't require separate enablement. Enabling Repossession Management doesn't grant access to Collection Plans or the Collections Overview tab. For those, enable Collections and Recovery and assign the Collections and Recovery permission sets. See [Collections and Recovery in Salesforce](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.collections.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

1. From **Setup**, in the Quick Find box, enter **Vehicle and Asset Finance**, and then select **Vehicle and Asset Finance Settings**.
2. On the Vehicle and Asset Finance Settings page, turn on **Repossession Management**.
3. Turn on **Repossession Management Components**.
4. To provision the decision table, turn on **Repossession Management Decision Table**.
5. From **Setup**, in the Quick Find box, enter **Permission Sets**, and then select **Permission Sets**.
6. Assign the Industries Repossession Management permission set to each user. Then, for reviewers, compliance administrators, and (optionally) specialists, clone the Industries Repossession Management permission set.
7. Open System Permissions on the clone, and enable the persona's system permission: Repossession Reviewer User, Repossession Compliance Administrator, or Repossession Specialist User.

Assign that cloned permission set to the user instead of, or in addition to, the base permission set.

Users with these permissions can open Repossession Console and work Repossession and Repossession Item records. Collection Plan access still requires the Collections and Recovery capability and its permission sets.
