Repossession Console is a Lightning console app that gives collections and recovery teams one place to work vehicle repossessions. From the app navigation, users move between Accounts, Assets, Repossessions, Repossession Items, Financial Accounts, and Collection Plans without switching apps. A repossession is modeled with two core records. A Repossession record represents the overall recovery for an account. A Repossession Item record represents each financed vehicle or asset being pursued within that Repossession. When a repossession is initiated from a Collection Plan or Financial Account, one Repossession record is created, along with a Repossession Item record for each selected asset. To create these records, see Start Pre-Repossession from a Collection Plan.
A Repossession links to the Collection Plan, Financial Account, and Account. Each Repossession Item links to one vehicle or asset. Child records capture recovery activities, costs, holds, agencies, and assigned users.

The Repossession record page opens with a highlights panel, contact card, and alerts component. It has tabs for Assessments, Collections Overview, Collateral, and Past Transactions.
Repossession Item record page
The Repossession Item record page focuses on one vehicle. It has an activity view, alerts, and tabs for Details, Related, Assessment Responses, Repossession Activity, and Asset Tracing.
For how a Repossession record flows across the three stages, see How Repossession Management Works in Automotive Cloud. To start a Repossession, see Start Pre-Repossession from a Collection Plan.
