Run the guided appraisal wizard from a Repossession to capture vehicle details and condition, review market-source valuations, and record a final adjusted value.
- From the Repossession record, open the Collateral tab.
- For the collateral you want to value, click Create Appraisal to launch the appraisal wizard.
- Review the populated vehicle fields.
- Select Ownership Type and Trim Type, and enter mileage and its unit.
- Click Next.
- Select the vehicle condition, and click Next.
-
Review valuations from each market source, and select one Provider
Value.
The wizard uses only the provider you select; it doesn't combine valuations across providers.
- Click Next.
-
Review and adjust the proposed valuation.
Verify Selected Provider and Provider Value, enter an Adjusted Value (Final Value is calculated), select Adjustment Type, and enter Adjustment Reason.
- Click Submit.
The wizard creates the appraisal with your final adjusted value and displays it on the Collateral tab for that repossession item.
