Add the Milestone Component to the Collection Plan Record Page

Give specialists an at-a-glance view of repossession-notice milestones directly on the Collection Plan.

Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
User Permissions Needed
To edit Lightning pages: Customize Application

Assign icons to Collection Plan milestone types. See Assign Icons to Collection Plan Milestone Types.

  1. Open the Collection Plan record page in the Lightning App Builder.
  2. Drag the Milestone component onto the page.
  3. Save the page, and activate it if it isn't already.
