- Create account records for the customers whose claims adjudicators review.
- Set up asset records for those customers.
- Set up warranty term records. The agent uses warranty terms to check expiry.
- Set up asset warranty records to associate warranty terms and assets.
- Set up Claim, Claim Item, Claim Coverage, and Claim Coverage Payment Detail records.
- Assign claims to different users so that you have an adjudication queue, and create claim history records as you process those assignments.
- Set up Warranty Lifecycle Management in Automotive Cloud.
