## Language and Locale Support

Warranty Claims Adjudication supports English (United States) in this locale.

| LOCALE | CODE |
| --- | --- |
| English (United States) | en\_US |

## Large Language Model Support

Agent actions can make calls to other predefined LLMs. Bringing your own model isn’t supported, but custom actions that execute prompt templates can use any Salesforce-managed model. See [Large Language Model Support](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.generative_ai_large_language_model_support.htm&language=en_US&type=5).

## Einstein Trust Layer Service Support

Warranty Claims Adjudication supports the Trust Layer services supported by the [Agentforce Employee Agent](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?language=en_US&id=ai.agent_employee_agent_considerations.htm&type=5) type.

## Billing Considerations for Agentforce

The subagents and actions for Warranty Claims Adjudication are based on the Agentforce Employee Agent type.

Agentforce Employee agents use generative AI to prompt executions and use Data Cloud to ingest, store, and process data. Use of Agentforce Employee agents impacts the consumption of billing credits in these usage types. Before deployment, work with your Salesforce account team to confirm license availability and plan credit usage.

For more information, see [Metering for Agentforce and Generative AI Usage](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.generative_ai_usage_metering_logic.htm&language=en_US&type=5).

For more detailed information on how usage is billed, see [Considerations for Agentforce Employee Agent](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?language=en_US&id=ai.agent_employee_agent_considerations.htm&type=5).

## Warranty Claims Adjudication Limitations

- This agent works with authenticated employee users, such as claim adjudicators and warranty underwriters.
- Set up Warranty Lifecycle Management in your org. Create warranty term and asset warranty records so the agent can check warranty expiry.
- The agent assists adjudicators but doesn’t approve or reject claims. Adjudicators stay in control of every claim decision.
- The agent can draft a request for information but can’t send it.
- When adjudicators work with the agent from Slack using the Warranty Claims Adjudication for Slack template, there's no automatic context picking. If the Slack channel is for an account, ask the agent to summarize details for that account by name rather than saying "this account."
