# Set Up Agentforce for Automotive Sales Concierge for Customers

Get your agent up and running. Prepare your Salesforce org, configure user permissions, install the Sales Concierge service process, and create the agent.

### Required Editions

Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Automotive add-on to access the action.</td></tr></tbody></table>

    Provision the required licenses, turn on Automotive settings, and create the dealer, vehicle, and catalog records that the agent uses.

    Assign permission sets to your Customer Community Plus users and admins, and grant the object permissions and field-level security that the agent's service process requires.

    Activate the service process template from Unified Catalog, then copy its Product2 record ID. You replace placeholders in the Sales Concierge flows with this ID.

    Replace the service process ID and header image URL placeholders in the flows, and configure the case-creation email. The cloned Get Request Type flow overrides the original.
