- Set up Einstein generative AI to get access to powerful generative AI features.
- Enable Agentforce.
- Create an Agent by using the Automotive Sales Concierge template and configure the settings according to your needs.
Launch an interaction with the agent directly from the customer’s Account page. When launched from there, the agent can intelligently pick up the context from the account record and immediately begin the sales process for that customer.
If the agent is initiated outside of an account page, it must first authenticate the account for the sales process to begin. This is done by requesting the customer's name, email, or phone number for identification. Once the account is identified, the agent will continue the sales process within the correct account context.
