Boost your collections teams' efficiency with Collections and Recovery Assistance, a personal AI Agent integrated into the Collections and Recovery feature. Create an agent using the Collections and Recovery Assistance template.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: <strong>Enterprise</strong>, <strong>Performance</strong>, <strong>Unlimited</strong>, and <strong>Developer</strong> Editions with the Agentforce for Automotive add-on or included in Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Automotive add-on to access the action.</td></tr></tbody></table>

Make sure that the Einstein for Automotive and the Collections and Recovery user permissions are cloned and assigned to your admin before you get started.
