Configure User Permissions for Asset Service Management

Assign the required permissions to users for enabling the Asset Service Management agent.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Automotive add-on or included in Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Automotive add-on to access the action.
User Permissions Needed
To assign permission sets:

Assign Permission Sets

AND

View Setup and Configuration
Assign permission set licenses.
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
  2. Select a user.
  3. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
  4. Under Available Permission Sets, select Automotive Foundation User, Einstein for Automotive, Automotive Scheduler, Warranty Lifecycle Management Psl, Claims Management Foundation permission sets, and then click Add.
  5. Save your changes.
