# AI-Powered Document Validation

Use generative AI to verify that user-submitted documents match your Salesforce records. Validate KYC documents against data in Salesforce records for Automotive loans and leases. This feature extracts data from uploaded files and highlights discrepancies to help you maintain data standards and speed up compliance workflows.

Automate data extraction and verification from user-submitted documents. Use[Document AI](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_document_ai.htm&language=en_US) to Extract information and an LLM-based validation engine to compare it with existing Salesforce records. The tool extends Advanced Document Validation and highlights discrepancies between the document and Salesforce records, and offers an AI-generated explanation about the difference. Seamlessly audit and eliminate the need for manual, line-by-line reviews.
